Site work for a water / sewer project in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of May 3, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Scope of Work: Fulton County, Georgia ("County") is receiving sealed Bids for all material, labor and equipment for the "Pine Valley Phase 2A - Part 1 Interceptor Sewer Replacement". This includes approximately Replacing 4,062 L.F. of 30" to 48" RCP Gravity Sewer w/ 54" HOBAS Fiberglass Pipe and Epoxy Coated Precast Concrete MH's with all related accessories. Bid Bond: A 5% Bid Bond is required for this project. The detailed scope of work and technical specifications are outlined in the Scope of Work, Section 3 of this proposal document.
