The City desires to contract for demolition services for structures at the following addresses: o 704 Ellis Blvd o 708 Ellis Blvd 704 Ellis Blvd: There are no structures on this property; only a concrete driveway which must be removed. 708 Ellis Blvd: The house is mostly free of contents except for one room upstairs and the basement of which both are shown in the photos. There is also a detached garage, a small storage shed and approximately 150' of chain link fence that are to be included in the demolition. 3. Scope of Work A. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and incidentals needed to perform demolition services of the above listed structures. B. Contractor shall complete and submit a demolition permit application to the City (including a plan for erosion control if needed) for review and approval for each structure awarded.
