Proposals will only be accepted as a complete scope of work per the Proposal Form, descriptions for each area of work, and in accordance with Bid Package Two (2) Documents. This project includes a complete re-roof, new gym flooring/bleachers, new rooftop mechanical equipment, select demo and seismic improvements, and interior finish rework associated with said improvements. The scope of work will be phased over Summers 2023 and 2024. The scope of work for this solicitation includes all activities as defined in bid documents and Cost Proposal forms prepared by P&C for BID PACKAGE TWO (2) only. The scope of work for this solicitation includes only the following Divisions: Division 02 - Selective Demo / Abatement, Division 03 - Cast-In-Place Concrete / Polished Concrete, Division 04 - Unit Masonry, Division 05 - Structural Steel Framing / Metal Fabrication, Division 06 - Rough Carpentry / Sheathing / Interior Architectural Woodwork, Division 07 - Rooftop Fall Protection / Roof Hatches and Rail System, Division 08 - Doors Frames and Hardware, Division 09 - Non-Structural Metal Framing / Gypsum Board / ACT Systems / Ceramic Tiling / Wood Athletic Flooring / Resilient Base and Accessories / Resilient Tile Flooring / Resilient Athletic Flooring / Interior Paint, Division 12 - Telescoping Bleachers, Division 22 - Plumbing, Division 23 - HVAC, and Division 26 - Electrical Questions for this solicitation may be obtained by contacting Jared Steagall @ jsteagall@builtbypandc.com . Proposers must complete and submit with their response the appropriate Cost Proposal & Qualification Forms included in the package of documents for this solicitation. Failure to do so, or to submit an incomplete proposal, will likely cause the proposal to be deemed non-responsive and thus rejected. All proposers must clearly outline their ability, capacity, and associated cost to furnish payment and performance bonds covering the faithful performance of the subcontract and the payment for all obligations arising hereunder. P&C reserves the right to consider in the evaluation the ability of proposers to provide payment and performance bonds, the associated cost of payment and performance bonds, and the current financial resources of the proposer. An affiliate of P&C will also be submitting proposals for concrete, seismic, and rough carpentry scopes of work. This project is a prevailing wage project in accordance with Oregon Revised Statutes 279C.800-870. All proposers must be registered with the Construction Contractors Board at the time of submission of their proposals and carry all licensing and bonding required for a public project in the State of Oregon.
