**As of February 6, 2026, the project was awarded to CAS Constructor, LLC, with an awarded amount of $2,861,967.90** The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of submersible pumps, wet well, valve vault, pump controls, back up generator and mechanical center flow band screen. All work to be done by the Contractor, as described above and specified in the contract documents and also any and all minor details of the work not specifically mentioned but obviously necessary for the proper completion of the work, such as the proper connection of new work to old, shall be considered as incidental to and so being a part of and included with the work for which prices are enumerated in the contract documents. The Contractor will not be entitled to any additional compensation therefore unless specifically stated otherwise.
