The Lee County Port Authority (hereafter referred to as the "Authority") invites the submission of electronic quotes from all interested and qualified corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities authorized to do business in the state of Florida for the opportunity to provide Skyplex Fountain Treatment Services. Work will include chemical testing and balancing, routine cleaning of filters, brushing of fountain walls, including tile, floors, and other interior fountain surfaces, as specified in this E-Quote. Services are required to be performed twice a week. The Authority will provide replacement filters as needed. Successful Quoter will provide all other items, equipment, tools, chemicals, and materials necessary to perform and complete described work. The bi-weekly fountain services will be performed for a term of four (4) years. There are no term renewals offered. All work described herein must be fully and properly performed in accordance with the requirements of this E-Quote and any Agreement entered into with the Authority. Furthermore, the Authority reserves the right to add additional fountains during the duration of the Agreement. Quoters are to provide a price to provide Skyplex Fountain Treatment Services, as specified in this E-Quote. Successful Quoter shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, chemicals, and materials necessary to perform ongoing cleaning, and maintenance of the Authority's recirculating fountain. Fountain Treatment Services are required to be performed twice a week. The Authority will provide the replacement filters as needed. Successful quote will provide all other items, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to perform and complete described work. The fountain maintenance work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals required to maintain the fountain listed and as specified or as directed by the Authority. All workmanship shall conform to standard trade practices governing, and approved by the Authority prior to beginning any maintenance. It is highly recommended that potential Quoters visit the fountain location before submitting their quote. The fountain is located within round-about on Skyplex Boulevard in Fort Myers, Florida 33913. The entrance to Skyplex Boulevard is across from the northern entrance of Fenway South Drive to JetBlue Stadium on Daniels Parkway. The fountain itself is located on Skyplex Boulevard between Daniels Parkway and Chamberlain Parkway, approximately 650-feet to the east of Daniels Parkway.
