** As of September 19, 2024 project has been awarded to ME-CO CONSTRUCTION LLC with an amount of $28,654.** The City of Columbia, Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a contractor to supply materials and labor to hang, tape and finish drywall at the Gans Creek XC Race Headquarters Building at Gans Creek Recreation Area, 3360 East Gans Road, Columbia, MO 65201. Question Deadline 07/24/2024 at 5:00 PM CT All questions concerning the solicitation and specifications shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to the name below. Contractor shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, guaranteeing faithful compliance with all requirements of the contract documents and complete fulfillment of the contract, including payment of all labor, material, and other bills made in carrying out this contract
