The preparation of Master Developer solicitation materials will be completed in 2023. A Master Developer is anticipated to be selected in 2024. A Master Development agreement will be executed in 2025. Site development is anticipated to begin in 2025/ 2026. As of October 6, 2025, further details regarding firm construction and completion timelines have not been identified.
