Description

Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Leavenworth, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility.

This allocation provides for the replacement and improvement of critical equipment at the Waste Water Treatment Plant, asphalt repair at the WWTP, the purchase and construction of a utility storage building, and the purchase of UV lights (3rd of 3 installments). As of April 12, 2024, this project is included in the City of Leavenworth FY 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program. This project is for annual funding and improvements for the Waste Water Treatment Plant. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
