Hudson River Park Trust (the "Trust") is pleased to invite you to submit a proposal in response to this Request for Proposals ("RFP") for parkwide on-call services for electrical work. The scope of work may include any work where a qualified licensed electrician is needed including troubleshooting, repairs, upgradation, and new installation of electrical units. The Contractor must be available for regular repair & maintenance calls as well as emergency service calls for three years, with an additional two-year option at the Trust's discretion. The scope is more fully outlined in the RFP under Scope of Services. The contractor shall be experienced in all aspects of the services. Respondents are required to disclose any conflict of interest(s) that may preclude them from participating in this solicitation, including participation in other Project contracts. The Trust is an equal opportunity contracting agency. Any resulting contracts will include provisions mandating compliance with Executive Law Article 15A and the regulations promulgated there under.
