The San Mateo County Transit District ("District" or "Agency"), is seeking proposals from qualified firms ("Proposers" or "Consultants") to provide on-call General Engineering Consultant (GEC) Design Services primarily consisting of multi-disciplinary engineering and architectural services for various projects ("Services"), as described in Appendix A Scope Of Services. The Agency, subject to Board of Directors' approval, intends to award a six (6) year term with two one-year option terms for on-call Services to one (1) or more successful Proposer(s). The successful Proposer(s) will execute an Agreement for Services, please refer to Appendix B Sample Agreement for Services. The anticipated Board-approved, aggregate not-to-exceed contract amount for provision of the Services, is $15,000,000. The Services will be provided on an on-call basis. There is no guarantee of any amount of work that will be ordered or allocated, or the total compensation to be paid to any Consultant(s) under the contracts.
