Aquis/Flexible Start Time: 120 The improvement under this Contract consist of, but are not limited to, milling and resurfacing, paved and unpaved asphalt shoulder widening, earthwork (excavation and embankment), installation of geosynthetic fabric for soil reinforcement, guardrail (standard guardrail and bridge connections), replacement of pavers and concrete for driveways, mailboxes, drainage (miteredend sections, inlets, concrete end walls, and pipe culverts), signing (single-posts, object markers), pavement markings (raised pavement markers, painted, standard thermoplastic, profiled thermoplastic, and permanent tape), and traffic monitoring site (nonweight vehicle sensors, loops, conduit, and cabinet), tree protection, tree root and branch pruning, monitoring of existing structures (inspection and settlement), and sod (performance turf, sod and soil) along State Road 76 (Kanner Highway) from North of State Road 710 (Warfield Boulevard) to Milepost 14.400, for a total of 1.913 miles miles in unincorporated Martin County Contractor needs to be pre-qualified. A Contract / Performance bond is required for this project. The limits of coverage shall not be less than $1,000,000 for each occurrence and not less than a $5,000,000 annual general aggregate, inclusive of amounts provided by an umbrella or excess policy. The limits of coverage described herein shall apply fully to the work or operations performed under the Contract, and may not be shared with or diminished by claims unrelated to the contract. The policy/ies and coverage described herein may be subject to a deductible. Pay all deductibles as required by the policy.
