Bid Security in the amount of (5%) of the bid must accompany the bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidding Bidders will be responsible for paying prevailing wages throughout the course of this project. No bidder may withdraw his bid within (45 days) forty-five days after the date set for the opening thereof. A Certificate of Authority to do business in the State of New York, under Section 1301 of the Business Corporations Law of the State of New York shall be submitted by any out-of-state corporations or companies with their bids. The Owner further reserves the right to reject any and all bids, by Order of the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Au Sable Forks Fire District.
