The Pascua Yaqui Tribe is inviting firms to submit sealed bids for generally contracted construction services relating to the Pascua Yaqui Homes IX 2022 LIHTC project for new construction. The project is located on the Pascua Yaqui Reservation in Tucson, AZ, and consists of the new construction of a 50-unit apartment building with associated parking. The apartment building consists of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartment units and community spaces that total 76,095 square feet. The five-story multifamily building will include 14 one-bedroom units, 26 two-bedroom units and 10 three-bedroom units. The new building will have a fitness center, rooftop terrace, covered parking, community space and a courtyard plaza to serve residents and community members.
