Proposals are invited for supply of all equipment, material and labour required to maintain boulevards, rights of way and pump stations by mowing and line trimming (weed-eating). Any questions are to be submitted in writing, by email, to the contact person below. Questions should be submitted by January 23, 2023. The City will endeavour to respond to all questions received before this date. Contact person: Shawn Sheehy, Purchasing Manager Email: purchasing@delta.ca This work does not include any horticultural maintenance outside of line trimming and mowing. However it does include the picking up of litter and emptying of garbage cans. Details of each site are provided in the maps and site notes provided as Appendix D. Some additional detail on Scott Road Boulevards can be found in the pricing sheet Appendix B. The initial contract term is expected to run from 1 March 2023, to 31 January, 2024, with the option to renew, by mutual agreement, to a final end date no later than 31 January, 2026. Prices will remain unchanged through the initial term and any renewal periods.
