Saving Project...

Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Shediac, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: Main Pump House - Existing exterior block wall requires repair prior to installation of new exterior siding. - New exterior siding system to consist of waterproofing membrane, rigid insulation, z-girts / metal siding system and insulated concrete panel system. All penetrations i.e. mechanical units, etc, to be flashed and sealed. All remaining electrical conduits to be covered with new housing. - Existing door system to be removed and replaced into original block building. - Existing roof systems to be replaced with new 2-ply modified roof system. - Both sides and rear of building to be excavated to permit installation of new waterproofing membrane and insulated concrete panel system. Screw Pump House - Removal of existing asphalt roof system and installation of new metal roof system c/w flashing/soffit system. Reinstall existing drain spout and gutter system. Well Houses #5 & #6 - Removal of existing asphalt roof system and installation of new asphalt roof system. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
