Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Morristown, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a 97,683-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The project shall include complete construction of a new 700 student elementary school with alternates to accommodate up to 900 students. Partial site work including select utilities, finish grading and paving is also included. spaces include classrooms for pre-k through 5th grades, cafeteria & kitchen, gymnasium, administrative suite, media center, and support spaces. site work includes entrance drives, utilities, grading, and new parking areas. a 2 hour firewall is provided dividing the building here in referenced into 2 separate buildings referred to as "building a" and "building b.
