Site Directions: Twin Spruce Jr. High 100 East 7th Street Gillette, WY 82716 Description: Modernization of existing elevators. BID BOND: Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to Campbell County School District No 1 for ten (10) percent of the total bid (base bid plus all Alternates, if any). The Bid Bond pledges that the Bidder will enter into a contract with Campbell County School District No 1 on the terms stated in the bid. PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BOND: The successful Bidder shall provide a 100% percent of the contract Performance and Payment Bond or a Letter of Credit or any other security as approved by Campbell County School District as stated in the Instructions to the Bidders. PROJECT TIMELINE: Work to begin MAY 30, 2023 and be substantially complete on or before AUGUST 1, 2023. (Material/Equipment procurement to start immediately after Notice to Proceed). Final completion is to be on or before AUGUST 15, 2023.
