Sequatchie Middle School Courtyard Scope Scope: Contractor to provide stamped design drawings for courtyard update, along with demo of existing landscaping, addition of pavilion w/ concrete slab, necessary sidewalk additions, and artificial turf Area to be designed and installed based on all local code and ADA requirements Pavilion: 300 Diameter Pavilion w/ electrical provisions Pavilion Manufacturer and Style: Classic Recreation-Savannah style Site Work: Demo of existing mound/landscaping, necessary grade work, artificial turf surfacing in place of existing sod, additional sidewalks-to be ADA compliant, concrete slab under pavilion, drainage updates and retaining walls as needed based on design.
