Site work and renovation of a civil project in Columbus, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
1. Lift Station #1: a. Replace the three existing pumps and associated variable frequency drives including the A/C units for each panel b. Remove and replace the pump controls, PLC and HMI c. Modify existing ventilation system d. Install a bypass connection 2. Lift Station #5: a. Replace the 4 existing pumps and associated across the line starters b. Remove and replace the pump controls, PLC and HMI c. Modify existing ventilation system d. Install removable handrails on the top floor and monorail system in the basement e. Rehabilitate the interior surface of the concrete wetwell f. Install a bypass connection 3. Lift Station #7: a. Install a new precast concrete wetwell and valve vault with new submersible pumps, check valves and plug valves. b. Install new electrical conduit to connect the new submersible pumps to the new pump control panels and existing electrical equipment. c. Install new gravity sewer to reroute all existing incoming mains to the new precast concrete wetwell. d. Install a bypass connection The work will be awarded in one Contract.
