Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Evanston, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
The project is located on Greenleaf Street from Pitner Avenue to Grey Avenue, and along Hartrey Avenue from Greenleaf Street to Greenwood Street in the City of Evanston. Work on this project includes the construction of new sidewalks, reconstruction of driveways, curb & gutter work, replacement of street light luminaires & relocation, landscaping work including trees, and minor sewer laterals work BID BOND: 5% of Contract Amount PERFORMANCE/MATERIAL & LABOR PAYMENT BOND: 100% of Contract Amount CONTRACT PERIOD: Contract award through November 15, 2024 Please contact the Purchasing Department office at 847-866-2935 if you have any questions.
