At this time those details have not been released.* The City of Eufaula is requesting bids for the following: The construction of a concrete block bathroom facility. This bathroom facility will house a ADA compliant mens restroom containing one mens waterless toilet, and two waterless urinals and a ADA womens compliant restroom containing 3 waterless toilets. This new facility will be located at the South Point Recreational area The construction of an ADA compliant restroom building at South Point Recreation Area. The facility will be a waterless facility that will be constructed over two septic vaults provided by the City of Eufaula. The floor of the bathroom will be a 8" monolithic concrete floor poured over the septic vaults; the concrete pour will be laid out to properly align with the vault lids and precast openings. The facility will be constructed of concrete blocks that will be provided by the City of Eufaula. The stainless steel bathroom fixtures will be provided by the City of Eufaula. The balance of the facility will be constructed with materials provide by the successful contractor. o 8x8x16 Concrete Blocks (Provided by the City of Eufaula) o Two pre-cast waterless vaults (Provided by the City of Eufaula) o Bathroom fixtures (4 toilets and 2 urinals) will be waterless stainless steel fixtures (Provided by the City of Eufaula). o Corrugated metal roof o 30 Steel Entry Doors with a one sided keyed deadbolt and door closers o Foundation/slab: The floor of the bathroom will be a 6" monolithic concrete floor with 12x12 thickened perimeter where possible and 2 bars of 1/2"re-bar continuous. The concrete pour will be laid out to properly align with the vault lids and precast openings. o Each bathroom shall be equipped with a floor drain installed in the center of each. o Bathroom structure will be equipped with five recessed lights on motion sensor/ timer. o Detailed specifications and drawings are included with the bid documents.
