**As of March 16, 2023, this project has been awarded to DLS Contracting, Inc., in the amount of $1,846,514.50. Road Improvements Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq. and NJAC 17:27-1 et seq. The work to be completed under this contract includes removing and reconstructing granite block curbing, minor drainage improvements to correct existing standing water/icing conditions, repairing unstable areas, installing barrier free ramps to comply with federal ADA standards, reconstructing catch basins and manholes as necessary, retrofitting curb pieces and inlets, milling and paving, striping, and replacing traffic signs on Eastbrook Terrace, Fawn Drive, Lee Road, Regent Street and Twin Oak Road.
