The Village is seeking bids for the construction of three (3) beach volleyball courts at Coral Reef Park. Contractor shall need to be experienced with play field construction and renovation.Question Deadline Inquires must be received by, Friday, January 27th, 2023 no later than 3:00pm The existing two sand volleyball courts are located at the SE park entry off SW 152 Street, Palmetto Bay, FL 33157. It is our position that the desired three-court facility will fit within the confines of this area, however, bidders shall be responsible to verify measurements and confirm specified work may be accomplished. As noted on the attached diagram, desired dimensions of the three-court facility are specified. Bidders shall include a rendering/construction plan of proposed three-court facility as conformation and/or understanding of the project. Currently, the courts are "professional courts" with measurements of 19'6".
