The project improves pedestrian access at two separate City of Raleigh greenways from public streets. The Contractors scope will consist of demolition, clearing, grading, and site preparation for: asphalt trails, ADA curb ramps, integration with existing ROW conditions, and signage. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Each Bidder must show evidence that it is licensed under Chapter 87 of the N.C. General Statutes, and the City reserves the right to request additional bidder qualifications as needed.
