Lodge Building: - Hazardous Material Abatement. - Roof renovations include removing the roof, new attic trusses, new roof system/eaves/soffits, and chimney repairs. - Interior renovations include plumbing supply and waste piping replacement, furnace and boiler replacement, water heater replacement, and electrical wiring replacement. 5% Bid Security Please do not submit online questions via SIGMA VSS.
