This is a replacement project. Your quote should include the removal and proper disposal of all of the old, or non-working, audio/video equipment, and the installation of new equipment to be used for the new solution. Your quote should also include the removal of any audio/video equipment that is redundant as a result of implementing your solution. Your solution must be easy to use. Please use the requirements listed below in the Project Detail section to build the best system possible for us. Project Details It is the intent of the Warren Public Library to award a contract to a qualified vendor to replace its audio/visual equipment located in the Civic Center Branch: Mark Twain Conference Room. The following tasks will need to be completed for this project: Removal of current wall mounted TV. Suppling, installation, and mounting of one (1) 4k, 86" interactive touch screen display with WiFi capability. The display's output should provide for a clear, crisp image and allow for casting of contents from various portable devices. The screen needs to be controlled with the control panel. Replacement of current control panel with one (1) 5" wired touch screen control. All functions of system must be able to be controlled from this control panel. Suppling and installation of a sound bar that would be connected to interactive touch screen display to project audio clearly into the room. Suppling and installation of a switch panel that has an interface panel which will allow for VGA, HDMI, Display port, and Audio. Replacement of current wall plate with one that contains VGA, HDMI, Display port, Audio ports. Suppling of two (2) sets of adapters that include HDMI, Display port, and VGA connectivity. The Library has a DVD/VCR that is racked in the cabinet within the room. The Library would need the ability to play audio CD's, video DVD's, and stream content to screen from this device. The player needs to be controlled with the control panel. Include as part of your quote, all cabling, connectors and other ancillary equipment needed in order for the equipment to function properly. Removal and disposal of all old and redundant equipment from room. Provide training for staff on how to use new system. Provide a 4 year warranty on equipment and labor.
