Rural typical section between Breakaway Trail and Tymber Creek Road. Urban typical section between Tymber Creek Road and I-95. Propose to reduce posted speed from 50 mph to 45 mph from Tymber Creek Road to I-95. Turn lane and signalization improvements at major intersections and in the I-95 interchange area. The project also includes enhancement of pedestrian and bicycle facilities to include a shared use path along the north side.
