CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 1/27/2023 2:00 PM ESCRIPTION The City of Centralia Light Department will receive sealed bids for Electric Meter Testing and Calibration equipment. This equipment will be used to ensure correct electrical metering configurations and calibration of single-phase, two-phase, and three-phase meters. As more fully described and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the special conditions, and technical specifications. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid, as set forth in the special conditions. The City is seeking a self-contained, all-in-one, piece of equipment that will allow it to travel to a site and fully test each service(s) without the burden of transporting multiple testing units to accomplish the required testing. However, the City of Centralia Light Department will consider alternate proposals that closely approximate the attached specifications, but reserves the right to select equipment best suited to overall interest of the Utility.
