Reference Number: AB-2023-00037 The Town of High Level is requesting Proposals from a Qualified Engineer to provide consulting services for a Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Reduction Feasibility study for five (5) of the Town's municipal buildings, which include: Town Hall (31,325 ft2) Museum (5,259 ft2) Aquatic Centre (8,960 ft2) Airport Terminal Building (13,315 ft2) Water Treatment Building (25,665 ft2) These facilities meet the eligibility criteria for the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) GHG Reduction Pathway Feasibility Study funding program. The basic services as described in this proposal must meet the requirements for the study as described in the Guidance Document from FCM: https://data.fcm.ca/documents/programs/GMF/cbr/cbr-ghg-reduction-pathway-feasibility-study-guidance-gmf.pdf The goal is to have bundles of potential energy conservation measures compiled for each of the buildings and compared to the current baseline performance, to achieve 50% reduction in GHG emissions within 10 years, and 80% reduction in GHG emissions within 20 years.
