The Village is soliciting experienced vendors capable of engineering, implementing and providing as-needed support for the installation of cloud-based security cameras for Village Hall and other property owned locations. Inquiries regarding the RFP, including requests for clarification of the RFP, must be in writing. With respect to questions about the meaning or intent of the Project Specifications all questions shall be submitted in writing to the Village within seventy-two (72) hours after the receipt of the Project Specifications or Drawings. Failure to submit written questions regarding the Project Specifications within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt of the Project Specifications shall constitute a waiver of all claims associated herewith. The Vendor that achieves an award with the Village will sign a contract for the hardware, software and to include a monthly charge for technical support. The service and maintenance contract shall be for three (3) years with an option to renew annually no further than five (5) consecutive years and based on the willingness of the Village and consent by the Vendor
