Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Garrison, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
G22-024 The North Dakota Parks & Recreation Department (ND Parks) is requesting bids for marina access and electrical work at DeTrobriand Bay Marina in Garrison, ND. No formal pre-bid meeting will be held, bidders are responsible for their own review of existing conditions. Phase 1 of the project includes installing a concrete path walkway to an abutment that will later be used for the top end of the gangway at DeTrobriand Bay Marina in Garrison, ND. This work includes removing a portion of the existing asphalt path and installing a concrete pathway, concrete pads, concrete stairs, a block landscape wall, new electrical supply, replacement dock anchors, and a steel sheet pile abutment. There will temporarily be concrete stairs on either side of the abutment to connect to the existing stairs. The RFP is issued by the Owner. All correspondence, questions and additional information regarding this RFP shall be submitted, via e-mail, no later than 5 PM C.S.T. on January 13, 2023 to: Colin Hassenger P.E.
