The proposed work shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications and other contract documents and shall consist of the following: tenant improvements, consisting of but shall not be limited to the following: selective demolition, architectural, mechanical, electrical, low voltage, and relocate one (1) existing camera. The Work shall result in the procurement and installation of UL725 level 3 polycarbonate bullet resistant glazing and window assembly at the main reception desk, Clerk's office transaction counter and the Cashier's counter, to include deal trays and voice ports, modifications to existing lighting, modifications to mechanical system, camera, new casework at the Clerk's office, new safety and security film (Bid Alternate 4) or one-way mirrored glazing (Bid Alternate 5) at interior Clerk's office door, new plastic laminate wall partition at Cashier's counter and wall finishes at the City owned and occupied facility located at 8401 Laguna Palms Way, Elk Grove, CA 95758, shall (Work).
