Renovation of a municipal facility in Muskegon, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 23,532-square-foot municipal facility.
The approximate size of roof to be replaced is 23,532 sq. feet and will include the following: Tear off existing shingle roof system. Dispose of all debris off-site. Install ice & water shield as required and underlayment on remainder. Install a custom fabricated 24-guage standing seam metal roof system with striations for added rigidity. Includes 35-year paint finish warranty. Install custom accessories as needed; drip edges, valleys, ridge vent and flashings for a complete installation. Provide 10year workmanship warranty.
