Demolition and site work for a residential development in Peoria, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Greater Peoria Mass Transit District (GPMTD) is seeking bids from qualified, responsive, and responsible vendors for the demolition and removal of a Single-Family Home. The scope of work/specifications is outlined in the Invitation for Bids (IFB). The successful Proposer shall meet the terms and conditions set forth in this document and all other attachments.. All interested contractors should complete an Interested Contractors Registration Form (contained in the IFB) and submit it to the listed person, via e-mail. Acceptance of any proposal/bid is subject to concurrence by the Illinois Department of Transportation and the United States Department of Transportation. Any contract resulting from these bids is subject to financial assistance contract between GPMTD and the United States Department of Transportation and the Illinois Department of Transportation. The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations. Funding provided in whole or in part by the Illinois Department of Transportation IDOT.
