Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Ashland, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Construct new restrooms to provide adequate capacity, improved location, code compliance, and accommodate ADA, as well as resolving an existing sightline/privacy issue with existing walls. Install new sprinkler system throughout school and replace ceiling tiles in existing grid structure where shown in drawings. Sealed proposals in duplicate, shall be received in the manner and on the date herein specified for the furnishing of the specified labor, materials, supplies, tools, and or services, indicated for the: Russell Independent High School Restrooms and Fire Suppression, BG # 23-258 as set forth in these specifications and drawings prepared by alt32 + Cox Architecture, Lexington, KY Along with the: Bidders name, address, phone number, email address and fax number Bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of each proposal submitted must accompany each proposal in accord with the form of proposal. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the school can be served.
