The Washington Traffic Safety Commission and Department of Transportation are pleased to announce this opportunity for a qualified vendor to assist with the development and production of the 2024-2029 Washington Strategic Highway Safety Plan (SHSP), also referred to as the Washington Target Zero Plan. Pursuant to this Competitive Solicitation, WTSC intends to conduct a competitive procurement to award an Agency Contract for WTSC to purchase goods and services necessary to complete and submit the Strategic Highway Safety Plan to the Federal Highway Safety Administration, including project management; stakeholder input facilitation; subject matter expertise in the Safe System Approach, behavioral and engineering strategies to improve traffic safety, and proactive traffic safety culture; technical writing and editing; graphic design; and publishing. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
