Quantities: 1 Mobilization; 1 LS 2 Subgrade Stabilization with Grading to Establish Road Cross Section; 3,400 SY 3 Asphalt Emulsion CSS-1, in place; 10,200 GAL 4 Asphalt Chip Seal Surface, in place; 43,400 SY 5 Rebuild roadway section (Sta. 127+25 to Sta. 133+25); 1 LS 6 Deliver and Stockpile Limestone Chips; 35 TON Each bid must be accompanied in a SEPARATE SEALED ENVELOPE by a certified check drawn on a bank whose deposits are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in the amount of $11,900.00, payable without condition to the Treasurer, Sanitary and Improvement District No. 1 of Cass County, Nebraska, or a bid bond for a like amount as evidence of good faith of the bidder and as agreed upon liquidated damages to the District in the event of the bidder whose proposal is accepted by the Board of Trustees of the District fails to enter into contract within ten (10) days after Notice of Award and furnish acceptable bond to complete the work and pay for all labor done and materials used, such bond to be in the amount of 100% of the total bid price.
