The Town is seeking to retain a qualified professional engineering consultant(s) to provide Professional Engineering Services in connection with the North Creek Wastewater Infrastructure Project (herein "Project"). The project is being funded in part by NBRC, ESD, and USDA. As such, any selected consultant(s) will be required to adhere to any applicable Federal, State, or local requirements and standards. The proposed treatment option includes a community subsurface disposal system, advanced fixed-film treatment units, a Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) system, and a force main connection to Gore Mountain. The proposed collection system would consist of 8-inch gravity sewer mains, residential/commercial connections, and force mains. The collection system would consist of approximately 4,850 linear feet of gravity sewer main located along Main Street, Ski Bowl Road, and Railroad Place with approximately sixty-six lateral connections. The collection system would also include 4,835 linear feet of force main and a pump station. The Town is seeking assistance to complete final design, permitting, and construction oversight services for the proposed sewer system. Additionally, the Town seeks cost proposals for value engineering review of the conceptual design.
