Renovation of an educational facility in Glenview, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Glenview School District 34, 1401 Greenwood Road, Glenview, Illinois 60026, will receive sealed bids for: 2023 Referendum Work - Attea Fire Alarm, Intercom & Water Heaters This project includes replacing the fire alarm system, intercom system, areas of rescue and hot water heaters at Attea Middle School in summer of 2023. Prime Trade Packages for this project include: o BP#1 - Plumbing o BP#2 - Electrical A Bid Security of 10% of the Bid is required with the proposal. The Contractor must pay the Prevailing Wage Rates for all work per Illinois Law. It is the policy of Glenview School District 34, to provide equal opportunity to all qualified businesses in the awarding of contracts and accordingly encourages the utilization of diversified businesses to the maximum extent feasible in any contract issued against this solicitation to bid. The bidder shall have a written sexual harassment policy in place in full compliance with Section 2-105 of the Illinois Human Rights Act. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, reject nonconforming bids, reject conditional bids, waive irregularities in the bidding procedures, or to accept any bid that, in its sole opinion, best serves the interests of the School District.
