The City of Longview hereby invites qualified firms or individuals ("Offerors") to submit proposals to provide janitorial services. Services include, but are not limited to, cleaning and sanitizing all restrooms, emptying waste baskets and replacing soiled liners, dusting, vacuuming all carpeted floors, sweeping, mopping, etc. Submittals received in the City Purchasing Office after the submission deadline will be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Longview is not responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the date/time stamp in the Purchasing Office will be the official time of receipt.
