WORK PRIMARILY CONSISTS OF: Routing, cleaning, and sealing of asphalt pavement cracking on various Provo City Streets. The WORK must be completed by May 15, 2023. Information on the 2023 Provo City Streets Crack Seal Project may be requested from David Michelsen, Project Engineer, (801) 852-6736. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services and appurtenances thereto as included in the Contract Documents. Routing, cleaning and sealing all cracks and asphalt-concrete joints. Cleaning and filling all large cracks with a gap filling mastic.
