The project scope includes renovation of existing Work Area TG211, Storage Room TG119B, and Office TG115 into a new MRI Suite, with accompanying Control, Equipment, and Mechanical Rooms. The new MRI equipment shall be furnished with MRI system by Synaptive Medical and with radiofrequency shielding cage to be furnished by Istra Corp. Additionally, the project scope includes the renovation of existing Storage Room TG163, Locker Room TG171, and Environmental Services TG212 into a new Patient Change Room and Patient Transfer Room, the renovation of existing Environmental Services TG158 with new finishes and mop sink, the alteration of existing Storage Room TG188 to house re-located lockers, and the construction of a new concrete pad at grade on the west side of T Wing for a new chiller unit. Time is the essence of this Contract. The Bidder must indicate in the space provided on the Bid Form all scheduling information requested. Bids submitted without this information will be deemed Disqualified. Bids must have a schedule duration of fifteen (15) to twenty (20) weeks, with mobilization to commence at the start of March 2023 to be compliant.
