No oral response to any question by any Camden Redevelopment Agency employee or agent shall be binding on the Camden Redevelopment Agency or in any way considered to be a commitment by the Camden Redevelopment Agency. ADDENDA: During the proposal preparation and response period, the Camden Redevelopment Agency may issue addenda, including amendments for answers to written inquiries. Those addenda will be noticed by the Camden Redevelopment Agency and will constitute a part of the Bid Specification.
