**As of March 23, 2023, this project has been awarded to McCarter Mechanical, Inc.** Remove and replace four rooftop mounted and one indoor chilled/hot water air handlers and control valves. Remove and replace forty-three air volume terminal units. Electrical work to be limited to disconnecting and reconnecting. Bidders shall submit bids in accordance with Hand-Delivery or Mail-Service only. Small and Minority business participation is highly encouraged
