Syosset Central School District, Syosset, New York, will receive bids as follows: Audio Visual Supplies The Board of Education reserves the right in its discretion to reject all or any part of any bid and to re-advertise for new bids in accordance with Section 103 of the General Municipal Law. All questions, requests for clarification or information about the bid specifications or any question related to the bid must be submitted in writing no later than 3 pm on January 27, 2023. All questions or requests for clarification or information should be submitted to: Bids@Syossetschools.org The contract shall commence July 1, 2023 and remain in effect through June 30, 2024, unless earlier terminated as provided for herein. The Board of Education reserves the right, upon mutual agreement with the vendor, to renew this agreement for additional one year periods not to exceed two (2) years upon the same terms and conditions. The prices contained in the successful bidder's bid shall prevail and remain in effect for the entire term of the contract or any renewal period, unless lower prices are offered to other clients in similar circumstances. In the event that the successful bidder offers lower pricing to other clients in similar circumstances, the successful bidder shall provide the lower prices to the District.
