Waterline Abandon 8-Inch Waterline Under Bike Path which consists of abandoning an existing 8-inch waterline that conveys flow from the Avenue Treatment Plan to Peking Street and the installation of PVC water mains at specific locations, including all appurtenances such as gate valves, air and vacuum release valves, and blowoffs as shown on the plans with Drawing No. 2020-D-055.
