On-Call Architectural Firm to Provide Design and Construction Activities Services The city of Pleasanton is soliciting proposals from professional Architectural firms to provide design and construction activities services. The city intends to enter into an agreement with two to three qualified firms to provide on-call design and construction activities services. The selected consultant services may include, but are not limited to, general consulting, peer review, architectural design, plan checking, Capital Improvement Program project design, providing architectural recommendations for emergency situations, computer or manual drafting, and other tasks associated with Public Works building design, construction, and/or operation as assigned and directed by the City Engineer. The consultant shall demonstrate in the RFQ that the firm has experience in creating plans and specifications for future anticipated projects: 1. Plans and specifications for replacement of roof and HVAC 2. Restroom upgrades to ADA standards throughout city facilities 3. Space planning 4. Building condition assessment 5. Interior remodeling 6. Building cost estimating 7.
