Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bunn, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of 01/09/2023 Estimated cost of $300,000 to $500,000. Franklin County Schools will receive sealed proposals for the provision and installation of a Door Access Key System for BES, FES, and LHS as per attached specifications. The district's project manager is Dr. Larry Webb, Chief of Auxiliary Services. Questions regarding this procurement, technical specifications, and the submission of proposer responses shall be directed to Dr. Larry Webb using the following form 1 The district reserves the right to evaluate all proposals, waive any technical or informalities, reject any and/or all bids and proposals, and further specifically reserves the right to make the award and/or awards in the best interest of the district. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
