Question Acceptance Deadline 01/23/2023 12:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No Furnish all labor, material, and equipment required to remove approximately 2,000 CY of material from the City of Port Huron Downtown Mooring Slips, install dock systems in spring of year, remove dock in fall of the year and perform general maintenance on marina facilities on an as-needed basis. Maintenance dredging includes mechanical dredging, stockpiling at offloading site, loading and trucking to an approved disposal site, erosion and sediment control, restoration of offloading site, and all associated work. River excavation is to occur following spring ice breakup and must be completed by April 14th of each year. Dredge spoil disposal and restoration is to be completed by the third Friday of June for 2023, 2024, and 2025 - Bid Bond 5 %
