All questions and concerns regarding this RFQ shall be directed to the Contracting Officer.A A SCHEDULE:A This is a Service-Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside requirement. All interested companies shall provide a quotation for the following:A VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS) currently has a requirement for a non-personal services order to provide monthly, annual maintenance services, and emergency repair service for all Eye Wash Stations. The JMVAMC is equipped with 240 eye wash station throughout the facility. Inventory plumbed eye wash stations against existing list to update the list and ensure each plumbed eye wash station has an inspection tag. Provide cleaning of hardwater and biofilm on plumbed eye wash stations as required. Annotate any identified functional maintenance needs (e.g., low/high flow rate, defective/missing caps, etc.). The Contractor s office/location must be operational upon award of the contract and throughout the duration of the performance and must be open for business from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and weekends. The Government will provide the existing plumbed eye wash station inventory list which specifies site locations, room numbers, and quantities. As required by the State of California all plumbing contractors must be licensed in the state of California to perform all work outlined in this statement of work.
